Can i jailbreak and iPod 2 generation running 4.2.1 with greenpois0n and can I downgrade it or no? need a quick answer.

you can jailbreak it, but unless you have SHSH files for a different iOS version you cannot downgrade.

jailbreakme.com was for 4.3 i think, not sure if it would work with 4.2 though...
