For those that are doing the iPhone Upgrade Program, you’ll want to make sure the address on your ID matches the address info your carrier has for you. I remember last year after I had just moved to another state and had not yet changed my address, the Apple store employee mentioned it and said “they’d make an exception” for me and processed it anyways.
Basically, they use your name and address to verify that you are authorized on the carrier account.
Would hate for someone to not be able to get their new phone tomorrow because of something silly.
