I have a wierd issue and I'm not sure what is causing it. Sometimes when I update a folder from cvs or svn all the new files are in captials. This also happens when I download a folder via FTP or connect my removable HDD via USB. This is very annoying as many things are case sensitive and I have to manually go through and correct each file. What would cause this? Is it an OS setting? It happens in multiple applications.
