Importing a table I have found online, into 'Numbers'

Hey folks, I am wanting to import a table I have found online, into numbers but struggling.

The table I am wanting to use is here http://www.soccerstats.com/scoring.asp?league=england2 and have the individual collumns and rows be the same in numbers but afte copying and pasting it, all the data is just entered into 1 cell, which is no good?

Is this possible? Thanks

Probably no easy solution. Unless the web site allows a *.csv download that you can import.

You could give this a try

If you also have Word installed,

- copy the table
- "Paste Special" into Word as HTML
- use "Keep Text Only" as a pasting option
- copy/paste the table from Word to Numbers
