So basically when you first open itunes it finds your music for you. I hooked up my ipod forgetting to upgrade to itunes 8.02 and canceled the thing where it imports my music. So i have tons of music well 32gb of and wondering if i can import it all into itunes with one thing instead of opening folders selecting all the songs and double clicking etc etc. So how can i do this?

Do you want to import from your iPod or from your hard drive? To import from your hard drive, you can just go to File -> Add Folder to Library. iTunes cannot natively copy files from an iPod (a silly DRM measure) but there are plenty of third-party apps that will do this.
