Hello
I just reinstalled Tiger because it was acting weird, but all my bookmarks are gone from safari now. I have my whole old hard drive backed up to an external drive. Where does safari keep its bookmarks? and how do i find the old ones on my external drive and import them back onto the new safari?

They're in a file named Bookmarks.plist which is in the Safari folder on your Home folder's Library. You can either place this file in the equivalent spot on your new install when Safari is closed, or you can use Safari's Import Bookmarks feature from the File menu. :)
