Importing contacts from MSN

My brother in law just got his iphone yesterday. Got everything setup but his contacts from MSN did not come over. He has the 300+ contacts on the his old iphone and he is hoping there is a way to migrate those contacts to his 4S. If he goes to MSN online he has all his contacts there.

Any tips on how he can move them to the new device?

Any help is appreciated.
