Importing contacts Mail/Adress Book

Hi,

I want to import all my previous recipients to "Adress Book" on my mac. (i use IMAP mail)
Earlier, i have sent a lot of mail from the same account from a Windows based server, and therefore Outlook.
All the sent messages (and amongst them, the e-mailadresses that I want) appears in Mail, but since I haven't sent a lot of these messages via Mail, I can not use the Window/Previous Recipients..

Does anyone have a clue how I can get Mail to fetch the adresses, or import it directly to Adress Book?:confused:

Would highly appreciate a helping hand...
