Importing contacts via Outlook 2007 on PC

I figure the easiest way to import the contacts from my current phone (LG Fusic) is to enter them in Outlook 2007 on my Windows PC and then they'll automatically sync with iTunes. Is that correct? Most of the posts discuss using the Mac version, and the few that discuss the PC version seemed to have a problem with the syncing (although that was several months ago).

Also, just to confirm, if I make a change to any Outlook contacts on my PC, they'll automatically update when I sync the iPhone. Correct?
