Importing CSV format file

Just downloaded my contact list from my Iphone 4 and saved it on my Imac in CSV format. Now; how do I get this file imported into my contact list on the Imac??? ( new at this apple stuff as I have only had this Imac for a week!))

Says it's for address book 4.0 but it should be the same for whatever version you have.

Btw, you don't have to do it like that you know, export to csv and then import into address book.
You can just use iTunes to sync your contacts from the iPhone to the address book on your Mac.
