Is there an easy way to export contacts off the iPhone. I am going to do a restore on my jailbroken iPhone so I can update to 3.1

I imported them in via Google Sync but it was a bit of a pain, without apps etc (if possible) is there an easy way to export the contacts out so I can easily import them back in?

Outlook should do it.

Well I don't use Outlook for any of my emails I guess the Google sync route is the best way for me then.
