the resolution of Large is only a quarter of the full HD resolution, to save storage.
If you have enough GBs, then don't worry, and take the full resolution.
It will be more taxing to your CPU, but you will have no quality loss.
Only if you want to export it to YouTube or some other video watching service, the Large setting will do fine.
