Importing from iPhoto to Aperture - What am I missing?

I've importing my iPhoto library as per Apples instructions, when it's completed it only has 5 of my albums that I've created in iPhoto listed and no Smart albums.

It has the same number of photos in the Events album but non of my iPhoto albums are there.

Am I missing something?
