Does anyone know how to get screen shots from a PC into Final Cut Express without being blurry. I feel like I've tried everything. I am making a software training video, but the software itself only runs on a PC. When I import the screen shots (I've tried AVI, MOV, JPEG, Bitmap...) they look fine in the viewer and the timeline, until I render them, and then they go all fuzzy. I've tired both square and non-square pixels, my images are 720 x 540, and I've tried every kind of compression and non-compression available.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Are the images detailed? They might look "fuzzy" because you are trying to fit all that data into a limted number of pixels, instead of say, 2000x1400 like the image was before. So expect to lose some detail when you render an image for TV.
