Importing into Mail

I have some old emails that were received on a Windows version of AOL and I am trying to import them into Mail on my Mac.

I no longer have an AOL screen name, but I do have all the original Filing Cabinet files which have my emails on them. I just need to find a way to import them without AOL. I tried using Mail's import tool, but it couldn't recognize the AOL emails because they aren't a standard format.

I also tried Mozilla mail, but no luck. What can I do? Is there any program that can convert my AOL emails over to my Mac?
