Importing iPhone from Apple UK store

First of all Happy New Year.

I've been wanting to purchase an iPhone 6 64GB from my country for a while now but everywhere I try is sold out. Now my only option is buying it online from Apple UK. But since Apple UK doesn't post overseas, will I be able to use a forwarding service so that Apple sends to that UK address and then this forwarding company will send the iPhone to me?

And, will the unlocked UK version work with another country in Europe?

Yes, the unlocked UK version works with any GSM carrier worldwide. Note, however, that Apple has an actively updated database of freight forwarding services and they will reject/cancel your order if it is found out.

The above is very true and 99.9% you'll find are blocked. Your better off finding someone trustworthy to purchase and forward for you.

Apple will just cancel the order but do it several times and they will blacklist you

I ordered my 5S from the U.K. last year and had it shipped to the Netherlands through borderlinx without issues, and I know several other who did the same.
(This year I got my 6 here, because the launch was only 1 week later)

I also know some people who had their orders cancelled, but it will not get you in any 'trouble'.

If in where you I would just try and order it, they will put a reserve on your creditcard which they will release if they cancel your order, so no problems there.
