Importing mail from outlook.com sent folder.

Hi guys I dont know where to post this:

So I have a problem my HD died so I need to get all my mail back on, inbox is fine coz I never delete anything from the server so everything populate automatically from outlook.com

BUT how do I go about getting the messages in the sent folder? I want to export them off outlook.com so I can move them to my sent folder
