I just ordered iLife solely for Garage Band and can't wait to get hold of it. Now I learn that it wont work with standard midi files so I downloaded Dent Du Midi on the comments of users who say it works. What I want to do is import sounds from my hardware modules and synths. Here comes the keyboard thing...the Ozone only has midi outs while the Edirol PCR-a30 has an in and an out. It is all a matter of cash here as I can't afford Reason and want to get into soft synths gradually. Any comments?
Both boards have a midi interface so as an all in one unit they should both be fine. Again I am very wary of cost.
