I changed metadata for each file using Terminal command "touch -t" and indeed the creation date of the file is changed when I look it from Finder. However, when I import it into photos, it goes to the today's date.

I know you can adjust date in Photos, but it's just for the Library, and I'd prefer to have the actual date changed in the file, but wondering why Photos is ignoring "Created date" and what other metadata it uses to know that I created that file today?
