Importing Outlook Signature Onto MacOS Mail Application

Like many others, I'm currently working from home.

I'm trying to import my Outlook signature onto MacOS Mail application.

I have Outlook running on my iMac.

When I simply try to copy and paste the signature from Outlook into Mail, the company's logo is just way too large, and the formatting gets messed up sometimes.

Also, I have the signature working on Mail app on iOS in case that helps.

Any suggestions would be great.
