importing photos to PC?!?!

How can I take the pictures from my iPhone and transfer them to a windows??

I have tried searching everywhere and a few options I found just don't seem to work for me. I can't get this done!!

how do you take it from itunes though? I have tried 10000 times and i have failed. Please explain, thanks!
