Importing podcasts to Apple Podcasts (Big Sur)

Hi!

First of all sorry if this is not the correct forum.

I've been using Pocket Casts for a long time. Now, I'm coming back to OSX and I'm planing to start using Apple Podcasts again.

Is there any way to import all podcasts with played and not played sync from Pocket Casts to Apple Podcasts??

I mean... for example, I've a podcasts with 30 episodes played and 60 not played... is there any way to sync and apple podcasts showed them the same way? not just the last 3 podcasts as in the iPhone App?
