Does anyone know how to get screen shots from a PC into Final Cut Express without being blurry. I feel like I've tried everything. I am making a software training video, but the software itself only runs on a PC. When I import the screen shots (I've tried AVI, MOV, JPEG, Bitmap...) they look fine in the viewer and the timeline, until I render them, and then they go all fuzzy. I've tired both square and non-square pixels, my images are 720 x 540, and I've tried every kind of compression and non-compression available.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Thanks

720x540 is the correct non-square size. You'll need to resize them to 720x480 (DV source) and apply a slight blur of around 0.3 to 0.5 pixels in Photoshop to cut down on the high-frequency parts of the image. This is an essential step to getting graphics to display on an NTSC monitor without it flickering like crazy.
