Importing T Do's from PalmOne Desktop 4.2.1 to iCal

I use PalmOne 4.2.1 for my diary & want to change to iCal. I don't sync it with a handheld but just use it as a diary. I have 1200 To Do's & I can't export them into a format that iCal can import. The datebook items are no problem. Anyone any ideas?
