Importing video from 3G S to iMovie?

Just took some videos on my new iPhone, but can't seem to import it into iMovie..anyone know how to do this?

I can bring it up in image capture and iPhoto, but when I try and drag it into a new project in iMovie, nothing happens

Works for me

in Windows I just access the fold via my Computer drag and drop it.

I imported my video into iPhoto and it shows up in iMovie's browser that pulls stuff from iPhoto. I was able to drag it into a new project and even analyze it for stabilization and all that before exporting it.

So long story short, I know it works at least with the newest iLife release, sorry I can't give you any hints on what you might have going on wrong.

now if i could only see the videos in search on youtube i uploaded on my iphone

Could you guys point me in the direction of the iMovie browser?

I'm still pretty new with OSX, so it may just be me thats the problem
