Importing Video/Pictures to itunes Shuts down my Computer. Help!!!!

When i try to import Videos and Pictures to itunes, it totally shuts down computer, instantly! Anyone know what to do?

I'm having a very similar problem, when I import an MP4 file into itunes and try and play it, it immediately reboots my computer. MV4 files seem to work okay.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've never heard of anything like this... what kind of computers are you two running?

I'm running Windows XP.

The videos themselves work fine when I use them in other media players, it seems to be just itunes.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling itunes and that didn't work.

Alright, I fixed it.

Basically the video driver I recently installed hates quicktime files. I just rolled back my drivers and problem solved.
