I am finding the Photo Stream through iCloud very useful for taking photos off my iPhone onto my MacBook Pro. However, it does not seem to take the videos. So I have to go through my Camera Roll and find all videos and do them separately.

I am trying to fast the most efficient way to do this. I assume I can go into iPhoto and choose to Import to Library. But even if I can hand pick the videos to import, they will go right into iPhoto. I have been storing all my videos on an external hard drive (to save space on the laptop). So I think I'd rather just copy all videos to my desktop (in a folder) and then copy them to the external and delete from desktop.

Do I have to use iTunes to do this?

Any suggestions for the best way to manage this process?

Thanks.
