Importing with a Hauppage HDPVR

Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to import HD Footage with an Hauppage HD PVR to an iMac with programs such as Final Cut Pro 7 or iMovie. I know there is a thing called EyeTv but I was wondering if it was possible to import through FCP or iMovie because it seems easier. Also if there are any other programs.
