Hey guys I am really desperate here I d really like to backup my phone for safety/security issues plus to get some of my app data off it, and I keep getting itunes backup crashing on me, here's the message from xp:
"AppleMobileBackup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"
I have tried different user accounts, and disabling start up items as per these threads but to no avail....
