impossible to import CSV files in adress book...

hi there,

just got the new apple macbook pro, on my previous one, I had no problem to import my contacts from Gmail or outlook using CSV files, now seems like it is impossible! did you experiment this problem too ?

will I have to type by hand all my contacts?!
