Impressed with Griffin Service

I have a Griffin Flexgrip case for my iPhone 3G, and the case ripped while I was putting it on the phone (after taking it off to clean the phone).

I called up the Griffin customer service line and within about 2 minutes of being on the phone with them they told me that they were shipping me out a replacement (UPS tracking says I'll have it mid next week). They also told me that I don't have to bother returning the old case.

I am completely impressed with the service!
