which Disc Maintenance software do you use or recommend?
(to cleaning caches to improve applications performance)

None. OSX handles all the maintenance tasks extremely well in my opinion, and messing with this manually can on occasion do more harm than good.

I agree if u have a new machine like with 10.4.10. fantastic. but if want to spend money an alternative to Onyx is Tech tool pro, which is what they use at apple, i think.
