Improved Facetime camera!

Has anyone noticed the front facing camera on 4s has improved significantly?

I thought it was a Facetime HD camera like my my MacBook pro. The resolution seems much higher and it works better in low light.

It's the same ole' VGA camera from what I can tell.

no i see a difference as well my parents are saying the can see me much more clearly on my iPod touch 4 maybe iOS 5 has tweaks I'm guessing

A change in iOS5 is supposedly supposed to tweak the performance. Camera is the same.
