Top of my list for phone improvements would be some colours in iCal. The monthly view is next to useless and some detail carried over from my Mac iCal would improve it no end.

Certianly I'd prefer differnt iCal views, being able to sort and show each different calandar, not all at once.
It also takes like 4 key presses to delete an event, not good. You should be able to swipe an event like elsewhere to delete it.

I'd like to see icons (based on category) on the month view, and the option to see the first line of each event in tiny text. At present it is a bit of a waste of that gorgeous hi-definition screen.
