IMSLP ( International Music Score Library Project) has managed to make it back on-line for good after 10 months of being off-line. They now have more than 17,000 scores of sheet music that are Public Domain and free to everyone. Everyone is encouraged to check out the site and download to their hearts content as well as upload if they have sheet music that is old enough to be in the public domain. Let us give 3 cheers to the effort of all involved in this historic site that shall change the way we find music: the legal way!

It's kinda like Project Gutenberg, but for music. :D This is awesome, I'll have to let all my friends (mostly music majors) know about this.

Edit: SWEET! The Planets is in the public domain. :D :D
