Hey folks, another all nighter, another random thought.
I watched the film Sunshine last night, for the first time in a while. It's directed by Danny Boyle who is one of my favourite directors of all time. Whilst not exactly a horror nor a thriller nor a sci-fi epic, as well as containing much that is scientifically impossible or at least implausible, it does have one thing; an amazing sound track.
I've been listening to one specific track - Sunshine (Adagio in D Minor) - pretty much on loop all morning now, it is simply an amazing track and I recommend if you like kinda melodicy orchestral stuff that you listen in (iTunes has it).
This leads to my query. I wasn't paying attention and opened the track into QuickTime when it first copied to my MacBook from my iPhone, not iTunes. And then QuickTime crashed, and the error referred to a problem with the Perian extension thingy. I won't bore people with the crash log lists of zeroes and so on, because I know it was a crash, but it won't let me install a new copy of Perian over the top of it. Should I just uninstall it?
Thanks in advance,
