I have an iphone 7+ running 10.3.3 that was used by an ex-employee. Upon termination we asked him to give us his pin and icloud password. He gave us both however it appears when he got home he changed his icloud password and we cannot disconnect it from his icloud account (which is a personal email address). The pin worked fine and I can get into the phone.
I'd like to be able to recover the phone so we can re-use it for another employee if possible. I tried the apple store but unfortunately we don't have the receipt anymore as it was purchased a few years back.
