iPhone In 13.1.2, Twitter/Facebook notifications acting a bit strange

Ever since I updated my 9+ to iOS 13.1.2, notifications for Twitter/Facebook have been a bit wonky.

On my notifications screen, when someone would reply to something I posted on Facebook, I would just swipe and it would go to that post on Facebook. Same with Twitter.

But now since the update, all it does is open up Facebook/Twitter. It doesn't go directly to those posts. Anyone else experiencing this sort of behavior?
