In App Ads

I like the app itself but I have to say I'm incredibly annoyed that so far this morning I have accidentally touched an Ad on my iPhone and it has twice dialed a number! This is ridiculous. I don't mind it offering to dial, but considering I didn't even intentionally select the Ad, the fact that it immediately makes a call (to where I don't know because I haven't actually read the the Ad) and is picked up by an automated service is REALLY annoying.

Which app is doing it? Is it a free version of a paid app? I switched to paid versions of several apps (once I knew I was going to really use the app) because the ads were annoying and draining battery.
