iOS In-App Animation Video Purchases - Videos Hosted On My Server?

I want to create an app that will allow users to purchase in-app animation videos, but my question is how exactly would I set this up.

For example, would I need my own dedicated server where I would host all the animated videos and when a customer purchases a video they will be able to download it into their app?

I'd have a look at this document from Apple. It seems to suggest that non-consumable products (items that persist) can be hosted by Apple - not sure if videos are included, though.
