In app Purchase Question??

I downloaded a free crapp. It cost .99 to remove iAd. App was buggy after purchase. Deleted app then re-installed same bug.

Deleted again few weeks later. After re-install the in app purchase is now $4.99 with no "restore purchase" button.

If I try to re-upgrade the crapp will I be charged an additional $4.99?

If you click on buy (even though there is a price listed), a message will pop up after that (or it should, and has in my case) that you will not be charged again as you already purchased that content.
