In-App Purchases on Jailbroken iPod Touch 3.1.2

I have a jailbroken Ipod Touch 3.1.2 and I bought COD Zombies in the App Store, when the in-app purchase for the new map comes out in the COD Zombies app, will I be able to buy an in-app purchase even though my iPod is jailbroken? PLEASE REPLY.
