I am playing the game Sky Force Reloaded and I am trying to purchase a $1.99 in app purchase but nothing is happening.
I have a iPhone 7 plus with iOS 11
I have restrictions disabled

I tried the same on my daughters iPhone 6s with no sim with iOS 11 and the finger print purchase icon pops up.

What is causing me no to be able to in app purchase?
