Have yet to see them in my local retails store, but I did ask. And they said "As of right now, it would be faster to order online. However, we don't know when we're getting them in stores, we(apple) get shipment Thursdays and Sundays.. So those are good days to call in and check"

Seems that the 2 Gb sticks cause the order to be delayed 2-3 weeks.

MacSales is $150 for 8GB and Apple is $250 for 8GB... What would MacSales give you if you return the 3GB that come with the Quad Core 2.66?

I called paramus they only stock the 2.66 quad but they DO have it in stock ... like a bonehead forgot to ask if they have it on display though
