In car sound system

Hi guys.

I'd like to connect my iphone to my car audio system and use it as the head unit with the coverflow to select tunes. Are there any kit out there to hook up my iphone?

I dont want to use the cassette tape thingy or the FM tuner. I want direct cable plug into my head unit.

I was thinking to buy the AV cable for iphone with audio out and hook it up. Will this work?
