So now that a Family Guy app has been approved, and FML has even made a mature (term used loosely) appearance on the App Store, can they finally release the South Park app?

It makes no sense to me. I can buy South Park uncensored from the iTunes store, but the South Park app even with censored bad words can't be in the App Store?
With the parental controls in 3.0 I thought more apps were supposed to be allowed that would have normally been rejected?
