In Ear Headphones Deteriorating Cosmetically

I bought a pair of these in ear headphones in January. I had to replace them every month for the first 4 months. I'm on my fifth pair with has lasted me a while and they still work well. But the rubber casing by the earbuds and the jack are ripping and falling apart. Will apple replace these?
