I got a pair of In Ear Headphones (the latest version) but the remote stopped working after a few months. I've since though lost the case / receipt (it was a gift) and only have the headphones.

Does anyone know what to do with the warranty? Should I bring it to the Apple Store and see what they can do with it?

Annoyingly as well I've lost one of the tips during an airplane ride, so now I only have 1 ear, is there anyway to buy these plastic tips?

The headphones themselves are like 80 bucks or something, it's kind of ridiculously expensive to replace the entire headphone for 1 tip and a remote fix
