Hi, I need some help on making a decision on how much my boss should pay me. I will be watching her 3 month old daughter and her two year old son, ( both in diapers). I will be in home from 4:30 am to 4:30 pm five days a week and half the day on Saturday. I am not sure how much I should charge her. Can anyone give me a little advice on this subject?

I would have thought you should have worked out payment terms before agreeing to the work.
