For example - go to this iWeb site: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2670531/DayneOram/Home.html

And try clicking and or dragging ANY of the graphics. See how you can then take the file and just go wherever you like?

But try the same on the content backgrounds or banners on a site like this for example (http://www.mopo.ca/) and you can't.

How do I sort this out?

Or if you can't help, how can I word this better to get more attention or google it?

nothing moves for me at least...maybe it's you becuase you can edit it :)

Try dragging as if you were dragging a file, on practically anything!

It's not because I can edit it - this thing is published and I'm using safari!

still nothing :( both on chrome and safari, the one on the top looks like it's going to move but nothing happens after you drop it

I don't mean in a clever css "moving things" kind of way, I mean a "dragging web image on to desktop like you can with everything" kind of way...
